Our aim at Bella Nappy Cakes is to supply you with quality products and exceptional services.
Delivery
We give you the choice of personally picking up your cake from our premises, or having it delivered at a small additional cost.
We deliver five days a week, anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area. We charge a standard delivery price of $15, within a 20km radius of our design studio. Deliveries outside this range or on non delivery days can be negotiated on request.
We do not use a courier, we personally deliver all our cakes. This is to ensure that each cake is received exactly the way it left the studio. If in the unlikely event that your cake is damaged, or items are faulty, please let us know. We will investigate the issue and replace any damaged items or offer you a refund (excluding delivery fee).
*Deliveries to the local areas of Jandakot, Atwell, Success and St John of God Hospital Murdoch are free.

Payment Options
We accept payment via credit card, direct debit or cash on pick up/delivery only. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, which is a secure and reliable Australian payment service.
Once you have ordered your cake, you will be sent a confirmation customer invoice by e-mail. Please check that all information on the invoice is correct before making payment. Then once full payment has been confirmed by us, delivery will be made on the arranged day.

Custom Nappy Cakes
If you have an alternate idea for a nappy cake, we would love to hear from you. We can create a custom nappy cake to suit your request. If you would like a different theme, colour or have seen a design elsewhere that appeals to you, we will do our best to design it for you.
